The Details. N1WI meet from 7pm til 9pm on the last Tuesday of every month at St James’ Hall on the corner of Prebend Street and Packington Street N1. It's just a five-minute walk from Angel tube station.  

Do you fancy coming along for a taster? You can make up to 2 visits at £5 per visit, and then those payments are deducted from the membership fee.

Want to join? It costs £31.50 to join and we accept payments via cash or cheque. You can pay at a meeting or email us the membership form below and we'll give you an address for the cheque. Download Members Details form

  • Prison Visit - Care Not Custody
    Our secretary, Georgina, made a 130 mile 12 hour journey from London to Blundeston Prison in Lowestoft, Suffolk to visit Adrian, a life sentence prisoner as part of a project to raise awareness of the challenges faced by the loved ones of those imprisoned in the UK. Her article is published in Action News.
  • Angel Canal Festival
    We had a very handsome cake stall at the Angel Canal Festival in 2010 and 2011
  • Local Gardening Group
    Several members of N1 WI's gardening group are part of this local gardening group in Arlington Square
  • Highgate Cemetery Volunteering
    A group of us visited Highgate Cemetery to help clear bindweed, ash seedlings and brambles from among the various gravestones including those of artist Lucien Freud and Russian dissident Alexander Litvinenko.
